Ashley Horton (2023)

​Ashley Horton came to Miles College from Sprayberry High School and Treutlen High School where she participated in Track, Volleyball, Basketball and Softball. While attending Miles College she played Basketball as a Point Guard under Coach Phillip Wallace from 2007-2011. Her achievements as athlete are as follows; In 2007-2008, Ashley was SIAC Freshman of the Year Nominee, 2008-2009 All Conference, 2010-2011 SIAC All Academic Team and other awards from Miles College Basketball Team. Ashley played Volleyball under Coach Deborah Jones as a Defensive Specialist from 2008-2011. Ashley was involved on campus in the Beta Kappa Chi National Honor’s Society and member of Gamma Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc and Second runner up to Miss Miles College.
