Charles Phillips

  Charles was a 3-year starter and 3-year captain for the Golden Bears. He was selected as the most valuable defensive player his sophomore year, when he led the team in interceptions and was second on the team in tackles. He was the defensive player of the game in the 2003 Steel City Classic and participated in the HBCU All Star Game.
