David Thomas  (2023)             

​David Thomas came to Miles College from Opelika High School where he participated in Football, Basketball and Baseball. While attending Miles College from 2009-2013, He played Quarterback for Coaches Billy Joe and Reginald Ruffin on the Golden Bears Football Team. David was recognized as the Offensive Player of the following games played: 09/04/11, 10/15/11, 09/02/12, 10/06/12, 10/19/13 and 10/24/13. In the 2011 SIAC Championship Game David was MVP.  In the Pioneer Bowl XIII, He was Offensive Player of the Game. In 2012, David was voted to All SIAC 2nd Team Offense. In 2012 He was the Team MVP. In 2012, voted Daktronics All-American NCAA Division II Football All Super Region 2 Team Quarterback. MVP 2012-2013 Miles College Athletic Award Banquet for Football.
